Top notch service and friendly staff. They will go above and beyond to help their customers. I no longer ride, but I continue to bring my small engines here for service and recently bought a new ride-on mower. I will continue to use them for as long as they let me in the doors.
I've purchased two motorcycles here (a used ninja and a new cbr repsol edition ) and a sweeeet husqavarna string trimmer. I can't say enough good things about the service department. They are friendly, efficient, and really know their stuff. This is the only dealership I will take a vehicle to... I tend to avoid dealership service departments like the plague but these guys have never let me down :)

Terrible service. Had our mower there for 3.5 weeks, they said waiting for a part. Employees acted like they could care less about finding out what was holding up the part. Removed the lawnmower and brought it to Devon in Belchertown. Fixed in 3 days. DO NOT waste your time or money going to this place. We felt like they were lying to us and as it turns out, they were!
