I really liked Alan and David and thought they were really knowledgeable and helpful at first, but after having brought my motorcycle here 3 separate times 2 of which they charged me but did not fix the problem the first time they charged me $300 to lubricate the electrical connection which did not solve the problem and I was left stranded on the side of the road the next time my motorcycle had a drain that in turn killed the battery and the starter relay they then proceeded to replace the two but not fix the drain so a few days after I returned home and was charged over $500 the motorcycle began doing the same problem again even though I had told them I had replaced the battery and starter relay previously with no luck, after calling them they said I could bring it back and they would look at it free of charge and I was about 30 minutes into an hour drive when I called them to tell them I was getting close and they told me that they would no longer even look at motorcycle. Another note the only other time ive brought the bike to them the battery was no good so instead of just replacing the battery and having a simple fix they rebuilt the alternator and they told me that they did not find anything wrong with it but charged me hundreds of dollars to do it. I would not bring my bmw here if they were the last bmw mechanics in the world. Theres good reason they are no longer a certified BMW dealership. I would suggest Max BMW they are $100 an hour vs $75 but they have a reputation to maintain unlike AJ cycles who are just two guys trying to get every penny they can before they retire.
If I were buying a Motor Guzzi I would definitely buy it from him. There are some used Beemers there too.
